On Friday, junior cornerback Trajan Bandy announced that he’d be foregoing his senior season and entering the NFL Draft.

Bandy played three seasons for the Hurricanes, starting 29 games for Miami, and amassing 90 tackles, four interceptions, three sacks, and 22 pass-breakups. His most memorable moment at UM came in 2017, when he picked off an Ian Book pass against Notre Dame and returned it for a touchdown.

This season, Bandy had 29 tackles, 3 TFLs, 8 pass-breakups, and one forced fumble. Bandy is the third junior to declare for the NFL Draft this year, joining wide receiver Jeff Thomas and defensive end Jonathan Garvin.

Best of luck Trajan!
