Spring Practice #6 — Hurricanes host clinic for high school coaches, Diaz credits a couple of defensive lineman for their work this spring.

— The Hurricanes sixth spring practice was closed to the media, but it the players were in full pads and Diaz and his staff hosted over 200 high school coaches.

I don't have any information of what happened during practice, but what I can tell you is that when the media was welcomed into the facility for an interview with Manny Diaz, the defense was already heading to the locker room while offensive coordinator Dan Enos kept the offense out there for at least ten minutes after the defense was completely off the field.

I’m not sure if that is a testament to how the day of practice went, but it stood out enough that I felt it was worth mentioning.
