Whenever Miami and Florida State get together in their yearly battle, something is bound to happen. Emotions are high and the hits are hard.
In their 2018 contest, the Canes had comeback from a 27-7 deficit in the second half, to now leading in the fourth quarter, and trying to run the clock out. Hurricanes junior running back Travis Homer was known as a physical player, and a bit of a throwback. Homer ran hard, and this night proved that. On one particular play, Homer got the carry from N’Kosi Perry and ran up the middle, leveling a decleater on FSU defensive back A.J. Westbrook.

Through the years, the Noles and Canes have given us some bone-crushing hits, so don’t think this is the last one you’ll see on this list.
