UM Baseball Takes the Field in Starkville
The wait is over! Miami baseball makes it return to NCAA Tournament this evening. Miami (39-18) will take on Central Michigan (46-12), winners of their last 18 games. First pitch is set for 8pm EDT and will air on ESPN 3.
Sophomore right-handed pitcher Chris McMahon (3-2 3.70 ERA) will take the mound for Miami.
Should the Canes defeat the Chippewas tonight, the team will take on the winner of today’s 1pm EDT game between host Mississippi State and Southern University.

The Countdown to Paradise Camp Begins
The first day of June is less than 24 hours away from now, which means that we’re under a month away from Paradise Camp. Miami’s prestigious annual camp is tentatively scheduled for late June, with few details having been announced to date.
One recruit that has given his RSVP for the event is 2020 Ensworth DB Keshawn Lawrence. David Wilson of the Miami Herald spoke with Lawrence ahead of next month’s official visit.
