I told you guys that Sean Taylor and Devin Hester were going to be regulars on this list, and here’s another highlight from Hester. Throughout his UM career, Hester became one of the most exciting players in college football history, and was a threat every time he touched the ball.
In 2004, Miami was hosting Louisiana Tech in the Orange Bowl in an early season matchup. The ballgame was never close, and up 41-0, Hester was back deep to receive a punt.

Hesters 93-yard return is the longest punt return in Miami history, breaking the year old record that Roscoe Parrish set in 2003 (92-yards). 2004 was also a year that saw Hester be named a first-team All-American as a returner.
