Now that the NBA Finals are over it’s baseball, WNBA, and the Women’s World Cup for the next 60-plus days. What’s keeping sports fans going is of course the ludicrous world of college football recruitment. It’s “camp season” and Manny Diaz is hosting camps all over the Miami area and the Paradise Camp will be on campus this weekend.

The Herald’s David Wilson wrote, “Mark Pope knows freshman year was a bust. This is why he thinks Year 2 will be better.” We’re all expecting big things from the young receiver in 2019.

Christy Cabrera Chirinos wrote, “How a group of ‘Canes are working to avoid the dreaded ‘sophomore slump’” covering players like Bubba Baxa and Al Blades Jr.
