When the Florida State Seminoles came to the Orange Bowl on the night of October 8th, 1994, they were facing a Hurricanes team that had just see their record 58-game home winning streak snapped a few weeks prior.
Dennis Erickson and his team however, showed up to play, and behind the likes of Warren Sapp and a ferocious defense, #3 FSU was under pressure all night long.
The highlight of the game came in the third quarter. Miami was up 24-17, and the Seminoles were backed up deep into their own territory. Following a sack by Kenard Lang, Danny Kanell made another mistake the very next play.

Carlos Jones picked off Kanell, returning it for the touchdown. And that, was the dagger, as Miami won 34-20.
GO CANES!
