Just cause Miami football has a week enough doesn’t mean we do

Happy Weekend one and all - it might be college football Saturday but our Canes’ are on their bye week. They can certainly use it, after a disappointing, frustratingly close game against Central Michigan next week. But with lots to cover in the State of Miami and world of CFB, let’s get right down to it.

Bubba Bolden will be making some noise on the field very soon.

Miami Soccer is honoring women’s soccer assistant coach Alan Fread tomorrow. Coach Fread is a cancer survivor and he, along with other survivors, will be recognized during Sunday’s game.

Over at the Miami Herald, they recognize that Jonathan Garvin hasn’t started the season producing great stats, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t having a great season.
