Last weekend was good and bad for the University of Miami. The good was the Canes won a thrilling 44-41 come from behind victory over NC St, but the bad was Notre Dame’s victory over Clemson has made the path to the ACC Title game much more difficult. For the 1st time all season long, we have a change at the top spot of these rankings.
Here are the Week 10 Power Rankings
1. Notre Dame (7-0) -Notre Dame picked up their 1st win over a #1 team since 1993, this time in double OT over Clemson 47-40. Ian Book was spectacular making play after play to lead the Irish to victory. Next Game Saturday 3:30PM @ Boston College
2. Clemson (7-1) – Clemson tasted defeat for the 1st time since the National Title game, in double OT. The Tigers saw Travis Etienne held to just 28 yards on the ground, with a very costly fumble that resulted in a ND TD. Next Game November 21st @ Florida State
3.Miami (6-1) – D’Eriq King put on arguably the greatest single game performance a Miami QB has ever had. 430 yards through the air with 5 scores and an additional 105 yards on the ground in the Canes 44-41 come from behind win at NC St. Next Game Saturday 12:00 PM @ Virginia Tech
4. Wake Forest (4-2) – Wake is riding a 4-game winning streak and was off Saturday as they get ready for the stretch run. Next Game Saturday 12:00 PM @ North Carolina

7. Virginia Tech (4-3) – The Hokies has one of the worst coaching decisions at the end of their 38-35 upset loss to Liberty. Defensive coordinator Justin Hamilton forgot to cover a Flames WR which set up the game winning FG. Next Game Saturday 12:00 PM vs Miami
