ACC Power Rankings: Week 11

Miami had their schedule shaken up, but holds strong at number 3.

Covid-19 is playing spoiler to what has been a fun ACC season, and has the rest of the schedule up in the air. What is clear is Clemson and Notre Dame have separated themselves from the rest of the pack.

Here are the Week 11 Power Rankings

1. Notre Dame (8-0) – The Irish survived the red bandana game with little resistance 45-31 over BC. Ian Book threw for 3 scores in the ND win. Next Game Friday 11/27 @ North Carolina

2. Clemson (7-1) – Clemson enjoyed a bye week but will welcome Trevor Lawrence back this week. Next Game Saturday 12:00PM @ Florida St

3. Miami (7-1)D’Eriq King hit Mark Pope for the game winner with a little under 6 minutes to go as Miami rallied for a 25-24 win over Virginia Tech. Next Game 12/5 @ Wake Forest

4. North Carolina (6-2) -Sam Howell sparked a huge comeback as the Tar Heels knocked off Wake Forest 59-53. Howell had 550 yards and 6 scores in the win. Next Game 11/27 vs Notre Dame

5. Wake Forest (4-3) – Sam Hartman did his best with 429 yards and 4 scores, but it was not enough as the Demon Deacons blew a 45-21 lead. Next Game 11/28 12:00PM vs Louisville

6. North Carolina St (5-3) – Bailey Hockman threw for 265 yards and 3 scores in a 38-22 win over his old school FSU. Next Game Saturday 7:30 PM vs Liberty

7. Virginia Tech (4-4) – The Hokies watched a 24-13 lead evaporate in a 25-24 loss to Miami, their 2nd in a row. Next Game Saturday 4:00PM @ Pitt

8. Boston College (5-4) – Boston College could not handle Notre Dame in a 45-31 loss on Saturday. A costly fumble ruined their chances late in the 1st half. Next Game 12/5 @ Virginia

9. Pittsburgh (4-4) - Pitt had their game postponed due to Covid-19 Next Game Saturday 4:00PM vs Virginia Tech

10. Virginia (3-4) – Brennan Armstrong accounted for 263 total yards and 3 TDs in a 31-17 win over Louisville. Next Game Saturday 4:00PM vs ACU

11. Louisville (2-6) – Cardinals lost again and now Javian Hawkins is opting out. Next Game Friday 7:00PM vs Syracuse

12. Duke (2-5) – Duke had a bye and now a postponement. Next Game 11/28 @ Georgia Tech

13. Georgia Tech (2-5) -Tech has not played since Halloween. Next Game 11/28 vs Duke

14. FSU (2-6) - The Seminoles lost again and now must face an angry Clemson team. Next Game Saturday 12:00PM vs Clemson

15. Syracuse (1-7) – The Orange are bad and will have a new coach next season most likely. Next Game Friday 7:00PM @ Louisville
