Welcome back to another Miami Hurricanes FRIday, everybody!
Fresh off a bye week, the Miami Hurricanes look to continue their winning ways under the Friday Night Lights with a road trip to face NC State. Like the Clemson game from earlier this season, this is a game that was added to the schedule with the COVID-19 rejigging of the games each team will play this year.
On the lowest of keys, this is a big game for both teams. Each has played well in spurts so far this year, and the each present a variety of problems for the opposition. NC State will be without starting QB Devin Leary due to injury, and will start former 4-star recruit Bailey Hockman, a talented lefty with a CANNON for an arm, in his place. Expect reserve QB Ben Finley to see time tonight, as well.
Here’s all your information for today’s game:
Miami Hurricanes (5-1, 4-1 ACC) at N.C. State Wolfpack (4-2, 4-2 ACC)
Kickoff time: 7:30 pm Eastern
TV: ESPN (national broadcast)
Online Stream: WatchESPN/ESPN3
Radio: 560 WQAM, 990AM ESPN Deportes, WVUM, TuneIn app has a channel for CFB broadcasts, which may help you as well.
Odds: Opened: Miami -10, O/U 58.5; as of Thursday Night: Miami -10.5, O/U 58.5
Miami continues to march toward a potential ACC Championship Game appearance and the kind of success the program desires to have on a yearly basis. But to get there and continue the upward ascension, winning a tough game on the road against an decent NC State team — during a “feature game” Blackout uniform night for the Wolfpack — is a necessity.
See you guys this evening.
