The Miami Hurricanes made another solid coaching hire, as they’ve decided to bring on Rob Likens as the new wide receivers coach. Likens will take over for previous WR coach Taylor Stubblefield, who recently left for Penn State for the same role.

Likens has been with the Arizona State Sun Devils the previous three years, with the last two seasons as offensive coordinator. He’s also spent time at Kansas, Cal, Louisiana Tech and Temple.
Miami officially hires Rob Likens as their WR coach. He was previously the OC at Arizona State and led an offense in ‘18 that had a 3,000 yard passer, 1,500 yard rusher and a 1,000 yard receiver #Canes #TheU

Likens joins the offensive staff for the Hurricanes led by new OC Rhett Lashlee. Likens has experience in the air-raid offense, when he was under Sonny Dykes at both Louisiana Tech and Cal. Dykes is the head coach at SMU, where Lashlee was the previous two years.
Welcome to Miami, coach Likens!
