The future of the Miami Hurricanes offensive line is looking a lot brighter, as UM picked up a huge verbal commitment from 3-star 2021 offensive lineman Ryan Rodriguez (Columbus High School, Miami). A huge pickup for Manny Diaz and the Canes.
247Sports has Rodriguez ranked as the 5th best center in the 2021 cycle, and has him listed at 6-3 280 pounds. Last season, Rodriguez started at tackle for a Columbus team that captured the 8A state championship for Florida. The Miami Herald named Rodriguez 8A-6A first team All-Dade.

Being a South Florida prospect, Rodriguez has been on Miami’s radar since the start of 2020. Rodriguez has visited UM’s campus several times, and has spoken to new OL coach Garin Justice more than once as well.
Great day at the U today. Happy 305 day!! @CoachPata @GarinJustice @rhettlashlee @Coach_MannyDiaz @Coach_Baez pic.twitter.com/fhRy6LGOWH

Rodriguez is the third offensive lineman to commit to 2021 class for the Hurricanes, joining 4-star tackle Michael McLaughlin (Parkland Stoneman Douglas) as well as 4-star guard Laurence Seymore (Miami Central).
