The future of the Miami Hurricanes offensive is looking a whole lot brighter on Saturday, as Issiah Walker announced that he’d be transferring to UM. Walker is a South Florida native, attending Norland High School, and was committed to the Florida Gators for this past recruiting cycle. Walker entered his name in the transfer portal earlier this week.

Walker was one of the top offensive tackles in the class of 2020, and will surely be viewed as a future starter on the Canes line. It’s still unclear at this time whether or not Walker will be playing in 2020, or if he’ll have to sit out a year.
At 6-4 and weighing 305, Walker is your prototypical left tackle, and is definitely a huge pick up for Manny Diaz and his team.
