The Miami Hurricanes hit another home-run in recruiting, as they’ve added wide receiver Romello Brinson to their 2021 class. Brinson is a former Miami commit. The 4-star receiver out of Miami Northwestern is a huge pick-up for Manny Diaz and his staff, as the Canes keep building for the future.
As a junior, Brinson hauled in 43 receptions, for 843 yards and 8 touchdowns, helping Northwestern capture the 5A state championship. He was also a Miami-Herald All-Dade 5A-2A first-team selection. 247Sports has Brinson as the 25th-ranked receiver in the 2021 recruiting cycle.

Brinson is the second wide receiver that Miami has landed in the past several weeks, as fellow 4-star Jacolby George committed to UM on June 3rd.
Impressed with WR Romello Brinson of the @MiamiImmortals tonight at the @battle 7v7 in New Orleans. Former #canes commit. @rivals profile: https://t.co/VNj6joorTx pic.twitter.com/sKOUQirVxv
