Wow, what a game. Canes win 52-10 over the Florida State Seminoles, their fourth straight win over their rivals from Tallahassee. Here are the 3 stars from the game.
- Rhett Lashlee
I know this article is supposed to be focused on players, but with 52 points, how could we not acknowledge our offensive coordinator? The Canes offense was unstoppable throughout the night, we didn’t have to punt until late in the fourth quarter. 32 first downs, 517 yards of total offense, 200 yards rushing, I LOVE IT!

2. D’Eriq King
This is our quarterback, and how fortunate are we? King was accurate all night, never putting the ball in harms way, and finished the evening going 29/40, for 267 yards and 2 touchdowns.

3. Bubba Bolden
I’ve been telling people for a long time, this kid is different. His tackle stats haven’t been released, but he was absolutely everywhere. He also recorded his first interception of the season. He’s the best defender on the team, a sure tackler, and overall just an incredible player.
