Welcome back to another Miami Hurricanes game week! This Saturday afternoon, the Canes return to action after a bye week to go on the road and face the team that hung 62 points and 558 rushing yards on them a season ago: the North Carolina Tar Heels.
Here’s all your information for Saturday’s game:
Miami Hurricanes (2-3, 0-1 ACC) at North Carolina (3-3, 2-3 ACC)
Kickoff time: 3:30pm Eastern
TV: ACC Network
Online Stream: ESPN3
Radio: 560 WQAM, 990AM ESPN Deportes, WVUM, TuneIn app has a channel for CFB broadcasts, which may help you as well.
Odds: Opened: North Carolina -6, O/U 64.5; as of 10:00pm Thursday: North Carolina -7.5, O/U 63.5
Another week, another big game for Miami. Through the middling (and turning terrible) start, Manny Diaz has preached that “every goal this team has is in front of them.” Starting the ACC schedule 0-2 would make that statement ring even more hollow now than it has previously.
Unfortunately for Miami, Carolina has had the Canes’ number in recent years. I mean, many teams can make that same claim, so they’re not exclusive on that list, I’m sorry to say. So, even with Carolina’s loss to FSU last week (a team that has routinely had Mack Brown’s number his entire coaching career), the Tar Heels could pay that loss forward by extending Miami’s misery this season.
This game will be IN-TER-ESTING, and I can’t wait to see how it plays out.
See you Saturday.
