The full ACC schedule was released Thursday afternoon and the schedule plays well into Miami's hands. This is the first season in which the ACC integrates Syracuse, Notre Dame and Pittsburgh, while Louisville is slated to join the conference next season. While getting those four schools to join the conference, the 2013-2014 season will be the last season Maryland is a part of the ACC.
The Canes won't have to travel to Cameron Indoor this season to play Duke this season as the only meeting between the schools will be at the BankUnited Center. Miami also doesn't make the trip to Wake Forest, Pittsburgh, Boston College and Notre Dame.
Miami has four home-and-home games scheduled this season against Florida State, Virginia Tech, North Carolina State and Syracuse.
Despite Miami not playing Duke on the road, the team will have to make the trip to Chapel Hill and play North Carolina. The other teams who join the Tar Heels in not making a trip to Coral Gables are: Georgia Tech, Clemson, Virginia and Maryland.
