- Today marked UM's 38th Bowl Appearance. They are now 19-19 overall.
- Duke Johnson recorded his 14th 100 rushing game, and is now tied with Edgerrin James and Clinton Portis for the school record.
- Brad Kaaya finished with 26 passing TDs on the season, tied with Vinny Testaverde for 3rd best in school history.
- Phillip Dorsett recorded his tenth TD receiving on the season, third best for a single year along with Reggie Wayne, Lamar Thomas, and Andre Johnson.
- Anthony Chickillo started his 50th consecutive game, 2nd best in program history.
